Getting Started

Download & Install

Logging In

1. Open the Trading Platform app
2. Enter your email and password
3. Complete 2FA verification (if enabled)
4. Enable biometric login for faster access (recommended)

Biometric Authentication

Enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint login for quick and secure access:

1. Go to Settings → Security
2. Toggle Biometric Login ON
3. Verify with your biometric
4. Future logins only require your biometric

Chart Features

• Multiple Timeframes: M1 to Monthly charts
• Chart Types: Candlestick, bar, line, area
• Indicators: 50+ technical indicators
• Drawing Tools: Trendlines, Fibonacci, shapes
• Multi-Chart: View 2-4 charts simultaneously
• Landscape Mode: Full-screen charting

Adding Indicators

1. Tap the indicators icon (ƒ) on the chart toolbar
2. Browse or search for your indicator
3. Tap to add to chart
4. Long press on indicator to adjust settings or remove

Drawing on Charts

1. Tap the drawing tools icon (pencil)
2. Select your drawing tool
3. Touch and drag to draw on chart
4. Tap drawing to select, then drag to adjust
5. Long press for options (edit, duplicate, delete)

Mobile Trading

Placing Orders

1. Navigate to an instrument (from Markets or Chart)
2. Tap the Trade button
3. Select Buy or Sell
4. Configure order parameters:
   • Order type (Market, Limit, Stop)
   • Position size
   • Stop loss and take profit
5. Review the order summary
6. Swipe to confirm (prevents accidental trades)

Mobile orders require a swipe gesture to execute, preventing accidental taps from placing unwanted trades.

Quick Trade from Chart

1. Long press on the chart at your desired price
2. Select Buy Here or Sell Here
3. Order panel opens with price pre-filled
4. Adjust parameters and swipe to confirm

Managing Positions

Viewing Positions

The Positions tab shows all open trades with real-time P&L updates.

• Green: Profitable positions
• Red: Losing positions
• Grey: Breakeven positions

Position Actions

Quick Close

Swipe left on any position to reveal the close button. Tap to close at market price immediately.

Modifying Stop Loss/Take Profit

1. Tap the position to open details
2. Tap Modify
3. Adjust SL and TP values
4. Tap Update Position

Price Alerts

Set price alerts to get notified when instruments reach key levels.

Creating an Alert

1. Navigate to the instrument
2. Tap the bell icon or Set Alert
3. Choose condition:
   • Price above / below
   • Change by percentage
4. Set the price level
5. Choose notification type (push, sound)
6. Tap Create Alert

Managing Alerts

• View all alerts in Account → Alerts
• Swipe to delete an alert
• Tap to edit alert parameters
• Toggle alerts on/off without deleting

3. Set quiet hours if desired

Apple Watch / Wear OS

Basic functionality available on smartwatches.

Watch Features

• Account Balance: View current equity
• Position Summary: Open trades at a glance
• Price Alerts: Notifications on wrist
• Quick Prices: Check instrument prices

Offline Mode

Limited functionality when offline:

• View cached watchlist (last known prices)
• Access trade history
• Review account information
• Queue price alerts (applied when online)

Full trading functionality requires an active internet connection.

Sync with Desktop

Your mobile and desktop apps sync automatically:

• Watchlists: Same lists on all devices
• Alerts: Set on one, receive on all
• Chart Layouts: Saved templates sync
• Positions: Real-time across devices
• Settings: Preferences sync
